Camping Le Ch’timi is situated in the beautiful valley of the Lot rivier, just south of the Dordogne. You will find us 40 km west of the famous medieval town of Cahors. Touzac is half way between the small towns of Fumel and Puy L’ Evêque, and the site is on the southern edge of this small village on the D8. The Lot valley is privileged with an agreeable and sunny climate and is wellknown for its hospitality, wines and gastronomy. Nice playground for small children, spacious bungalow, very friendly staff, clean pool without chlorine-overdose.
Food on offer (only 1 veg option) and quality (especially the pizza's), bungalow smelled a bit musty although it looked very clean.

We picked this Dutch family-run oasis in a classic french situation with a pin from a mapbook, delighted with its location, facilities and hosts. Bonus of excellent campsite wifi and a generous bar/resto area. Mainly Dutch clientele, good English spoken.
Maybe too many children using the pool late in the evening when i wanted just a quiet swim after a very hot day?

Veel vermaak voor kinderen, actief animatieteam Schoon sanitair, wordt meerdere keren per dag schoongemaakt Mooie omgeving, veel te doen
Bijna uitsluitend Nederlanders op de camping. Heel erg ‘ons-kent-ons’. We hebben in de eerste dagen veel overlast ervaren van andere kampeerders diender nodig vonden om urenlang heel hard Hollandse hits te draaien. Daar werd door de eigenaren niets aan gedaan. Erg teleurstellend, geeft het gevoel alsof de belangen van de ene campinggast zwaarder wegen dan de andere. De camping ligt aan een doorgaande weg, waar vrij hard gereden wordt. Dit geeft enig geluidsoverlast als je aan die rand staat, wat prettig is om op voorhand te weten bij het kiezen van een plek.

Het Zwembad en de aardige eigenaren. De privacy bij de bungalow.
De weg die vlakbij de camping loopt en de spinnen die we in het huisje aantroffen.

De ruimte, de ligging in het groen, de privacy, de complete uitrusting, ook buiten. Separaat toilet. Fijne ligstoel buiten. Grote koelkast. Horren voor de ramen.
De kleine slaapkamers, het smalle bed met maar aan 1 kant nachtkastje.

De gezelligheid over het algemeen en de beheerders. In de nazomer heerlijk rustig voor ons ouderen. In het hoogseizoen een leuk a imatieteam die veel ondernam voor jong en oud.
Eigenlijk alleen dat het internet je er steeds vanaf gooide.

Het is iet of wat gedateerd maar de beheerders zijn bezig met een upgrade
